(Stock code: 871642) In order to expand the civilian field of new material products such as TPU film and enrich the business scope and product line of Tongyi Aerospace, Tongyi Aerospace has established a research and development center and production base for TPU film products in the civil aviation and automotive fields, invested in upstream raw material enterprises, improved product research and development and production line design, and achieved a full industry chain layout from TPU particles to TPU protective films.

-- PROCESS --

1. Raw Material Testing

Testing the appearance, melt index, mechanical properties, optical properties, and other properties of raw materials

2. Raw material blending

According to the performance requirements of polyurethane protective film, add functional masterbatch to polyurethane resin in a certain proportion and complete the blending process.

3. Drying and dehumidification

Perform two-stage drying on the blended raw materials and strictly control the moisture content of TPU

4. Melt plasticization

By studying the relationship between material screw speed mechanical properties appearance, setting the melting temperature and screw speed in each region, the uniformity and stability of material plasticization can be achieved.

5. Melt filtration

Filter the measured melt to remove 
incompletely plasticized particles 
and impurities.

6. Extrusion casting

By studying the relationship between material screw speed mechanical properties appearance, setting the melting temperature and screw speed in each region, the uniformity and stability of material plasticization can be achieved.

8. Extrusion casting

Independently develop and design the mold flow channel based on the rheological data of the melt, ensuring consistency in appearance and thickness of the fluid reaching the mold mouth for film formation.

9. Cooling and shaping

First, cast and cool before rolling to 
ensure the uniformity of the film.

10. Multi-layer composite

TPU protective film requires double-sided PET as a temporary protective layer, and a suitable position is selected for three-layer composite.

13. Packaging and Warehousing

After passing the inspection, the finished products are packaged and stored in the warehouse.

11. Online thickness measurement

By using an online thickness gauge to monitor the thickness fluctuations of the protective film, any deviation in thickness will be fed back to the mold head, and the corresponding bolts will be adjusted to ensure the stability of online production thickness.

12. Cut edges and roll up

Adjust the speed and distance of the roller cutter to remove excess adhesive protective film PET TPU protective film.
