The manufacturer provides corresponding warranty services within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
Warranty scope and period:
1. From the date of purchase, the construction vehicle enjoys the quality assurance service promised by STar.
2. The manufacturer provides warranty service for severe yellowing, cracking, blistering, and hydrolysis caused only by manufacturing or material defects.
3. Since the automotive paint protection film has high requirements for the construction paint surface, it is recommended that you install it on the original paint surface. Products installed on non-original paint surfaces and non-paint surfaces are not within the scope of claims, and the manufacturer will not bear the potential risks and corresponding problems.
4. The warranty does not include losses caused by improper use, maintenance, cleaning or misoperation of the product, construction on non-original paint surfaces, natural disasters, accidents, normal wear and tear, and other reasons unrelated to product production or material problems.
5. The official warranty period of STAR paint protection film is 5-10 years according to the specific product series.
